Code of Conduct
Climater is committed to regulatory compliance, particularly regarding anti-corruption and influence peddling. In accordance with Article 17 of French Law No. 2016-1691 of December 9th, known as “Sapin II,” the Group has established a Code of Conduct applicable to all employees, corporate officers, and more broadly, to any third party, individual or legal entity, engaged in business with any of the Group’s entities.
The Code aims to prevent behavior that could constitute corruption or influence peddling. It outlines general principles, expected behaviors, and best practices in various situations (e.g., gifts and invitations, sponsorships, business referrals, communication, etc.). It also presents control mechanisms, potential sanctions, and internal whistleblowing procedures.

Values Charter
Through its Values Charter, Climater defines its mindset and provides guidelines for the development of professional activities. As a reflection of the corporate culture, the charter enables employees to understand their rights and responsibilities. It promotes individual involvement in the company’s operation and establishes conduct guidelines when dealing with clients, internal organization, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Endorsing these values ensures optimal service quality for our clients while supporting the professional growth of Group employees. The charter applies to all executives and staff.
Ethics Charter
Our Ethics and Conduct Charter states the guiding principles for all employees, regardless of their role, in conducting business. These principles are fully in line with the values Climater has upheld since its inception and are also reflected in the Values Charter.
Responsible Purchasing
Purchasing is a central pillar of our approach, and our suppliers play a full role in building an ethical and sustainable supply chain. We are convinced that this contributes to economic, social, and environmental performance, thereby serving as a lever for creating shared value with our suppliers and subcontractors.
This Charter sets out our commitments as well as the expectations we have of our suppliers and subcontractors. We reaffirm our desire to work in an efficient, reliable, and human way, developing lasting relationships that benefit all our stakeholders.
Together, we aim to work towards the development of energy efficiency to serve our clients, their comfort, and ecological transitions.Charter
